Phase 1: Humble Beginnings & Uncompromising Quality (2003)

Founded in 2003, Ruichun started in a 500-square-meter pioneering facility equipped with just a single wave soldering line. In these foundational early days, we focused on basic PCB assembly services, where customers provided raw boards and components, and our mission was to deliver flawless through-hole soldering and manual product assembly.

Although we lacked SMT machinery and a dedicated design team at the time, we firmly believed that exceptional reliability begins with perfect solder points. We strictly rejected cold joints and implemented meticulous, point-by-point manual inspections. To guarantee stable consistency across mass production, we engineered custom testing fixtures and performed comprehensive functional evaluations alongside high-low temperature stress tests.

Phase 2: Transformation & Technical Upgrade (2008)

In 2008, following five years of rigorous industry accumulation, Ruichun achieved a critical strategic transformation. We established a specialized in-house team dedicated to expert PCB design and hardware development, while introducing our very first SMT placement line alongside advanced PCB manufacturing equipment. This marked our official transition from a labor-intensive workshop to a technology-driven manufacturing enterprise.

During this stage, we expanded our business footprint from isolated assembly processing to full-chain electronic engineering support. Customers only needed to provide schematics, software algorithms, and functional criteria; we seamlessly took ownership of the entire lifecycle, including precise PCB design, standardized PCB manufacturing, and high-precision PCB assembly, delivering a true one-stop electronic manufacturing experience.

We paired this technical upgrade with strict adherence to two critical international compliance pillars:

• All components strictly complied with the EU RoHS lead-free environmental directives.
• All raw materials and finished goods conformed to rigorous international safety certification standards.

This technological evolution enabled us to master core fabrication competencies, laying a robust engineering foundation for our subsequent advanced embedded systems development services.

Phase 3: Full-Chain Turnkey Solution (2015 - Present)

Beginning in 2015, Ruichun executed another major industrial upgrade, officially launching our comprehensive Full Turnkey PCB Assembly Services and entering the modern era of end-to-end electronic manufacturing solutions. Today, clients only need to share their high-level product concepts, and we flawlessly manage the entire project from initial prototype right through to volume mass production:

To fully back our extensive Full Turnkey PCB Assembly capabilities, we have expanded our production scale to 5 high-speed SMT lines and 2 advanced wave soldering lines, supported by a professional technical and production team of over 200 dedicated employees.

We are proudly IATF16949 certified and have implemented thoroughly standardized management systems. We enforce stringent component quality controls and maintain 100% material traceability across the entire lifecycle through strict in-process monitoring and final outgoing quality inspections (OQC).
